SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship within the United States only.

Roasted to order: We roast fresh every Monday and Friday, so most orders ship within 2–5 business days of purchase. Your coffee leaves our roastery within days of roasting, never from a warehouse shelf.

Delivery: Economy shipping typically arrives 3–7 business days after your order ships.

Shipping rates:
• Free shipping on orders of $50 or more
• Orders up to 2 lb: $6.00
• Orders 2–10 lb: $10.00
• Orders over 10 lb: $19.90

Subscriptions: Monthly subscription orders ship on our next roast day after each billing date. Shipping is included at no extra charge with our One-Year Subscription for all 12 shipments.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email us at skc08@live.com and we'll make it right.
