This website is operated by Mountain Grounds LLC ("Mountain Grounds," "we," "us," "our"), located at 3750 Alhambra Ave, Martinez, CA 94553. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You may not use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
We make every effort to describe and display our coffee and merchandise accurately. Because coffee is an agricultural product roasted in small batches, flavor, color and appearance may vary from lot to lot. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. If we cancel or change an order, we will notify you using the email or phone number provided at checkout.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically and are billed on the same date each month until canceled. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges. Prepaid annual subscriptions cover 12 monthly shipments. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

5. SHIPPING
Shipping times and rates are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you once your order is delivered to the carrier, though we will help resolve any lost or damaged packages as described in that policy.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
Occasionally our site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies in pricing, descriptions or availability. We reserve the right to correct errors and to update information at any time, including after an order has been submitted.
